At Defib Service, We offer a fully managed, industry-leading technical defibrillator service and maintenance plan, which ensures your defibrillators are always ready to use in an emergency.
It is recommended that your defibrillator(s) are serviced annually and after being administered on a patient.

Our Rescue Ready service package includes:
- Live test to ensure that the unit administers a shock correctly by simulating shockable heart rhythm, specifically ventricular fibrillation (VF/VT)
- Shock output recorded in Joules
- Battery & electrode pad check to ensure they are in good condition and not past their expiration date
- Functionality test
- Live test to verify that the unit does not administer a shock inappropriately by simulating a non-shockable heart rhythm, specifically normal sinus rhythm (NSR)
- Calibration
- Full visual inspection to check for any damage or missing parts which may affect the performance of the unit
- Check for any software updates & reset any fault codes
- Certification & full detailed service report

Do You Have An External Defibrillator CAbinet?
When you book a service with us for your defibrillator/AED, we also offer an additional service for the external cabinet that houses this device, provided that the cabinet is temperature-controlled*.
The temperature-controlled cabinets are designed to protect your device from extreme temperature fluctuations and weather conditions by adjusting the internal temperature accordingly, to ensure that the device is available for immediate use when required, thereby increasing the chances of survival during a cardiac emergency.
Our team of trained professionals is equipped to service both the defibrillator and the cabinet. This service includes a thorough inspection, testing of the cabinet and temperature check.
